TERMS OF SALE AND DELIVERY
Responsibility
Transactions on Nieload.dk can only take place if the user agrees to the terms and conditions applicable to trading at Nieload.dk.
Nieload.dk, including owners, managers and employees, as well as partners, suppliers and other involved parties, cannot guarantee that Nieload.dk will always be error-free and fully functional. Nieload.dk cannot be held liable for results caused by the use of Nieload.dk, such as problems with internet connection or connection, as well as the use of outdated computers or programs. Nieload.dk cannot be held liable for problems such as delays or viruses that have occurred as a result of using email or downloads. Nieload.dk reserves the right to any form of error, inaccuracy or outdatedness that may have arisen in connection with updating and uploading to Nieload.dk.
Nieload.dk is subject to the applicable product liability laws and regulations in Denmark and the EU.
Order confirmation and payment
Once we have received your order and payment, you will immediately receive an online message with your order number and the total order amount. Payment can be made with Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, Visa Electron and ViaBill.
No fee is charged for payment on Nieload.dk.
The amount is only debited from your card when the goods are shipped from Nieload.dk. A larger amount than what you approved at the time of purchase can never be withdrawn.
We reserve the right for tax changes, typos, and price and currency changes.
Backorders and discontinued items
If your order includes items that are out of stock, they will be shipped as soon as possible. All in-stock items are shipped as soon as possible. Should you have ordered one or more items that turn out to be discontinued, you will be contacted as soon as possible to find a replacement item.
Ordering
On Nieload.dk, you can only order items via our website. If you have inquiries about items that are not on the page, you are welcome to contact us. All prices include VAT and other duties. Prices are daily prices. When you trade with Nieload.dk, agreements are entered into in Danish. If you wish to receive a copy of your order confirmation, please send an email to info@nieload.dk.
Delivery
The delivery time is usually 1 to 3 working days for all in-stock items. If there are items in your order that are on backorder, you will immediately receive notification of the expected delivery time after we have received your order. You will receive an email from Nieload.dk when the item has been dispatched from the warehouse to you.
Shipping costs
The item amount will be subject to the shipping cost applicable at any time, calculated according to current rates, which you can see under shipping prices DK and abroad. Nieload.dk automatically calculates the shipping price based on the weight of the item and packaging. This weight calculation is always decisive for the shipping price, regardless of whether it does not match the actual weight. The weight of the various shipments is continuously adjusted for each item to ensure you the cheapest and most accurate shipping cost.
Invoice
You will receive the invoice via email. Your delivery note will accompany your items.
Security when purchasing
It is completely safe to shop at Nieload.dk.
When you order and pay for your order at Nieload.dk, all payment transactions run through Nets (formerly known as PBS), and no data about your credit card can be seen by Nieload.dk.
Payment with credit card is made in accordance with laws and regulations for online payment in Denmark.
Once you have completed an online payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We recommend that you save it.
If a third party misuses your payment card, you are not liable for the misuse unless you have violated the rules for using payment cards.
Product specifications
Nieload.dk assumes no responsibility for measurements and weights matching the customer's own measurements. The stated weights, measurements, etc., are the manufacturers' specifications. If an item in these respects does not meet expectations, our 14-day right of return naturally applies.
Right of complaint and returns
If you complain about an item within 24 months of purchase, and we ask for the item to be sent in for inspection, you must initially cover the shipping costs yourself. If we identify the fault, you will be compensated for your shipping expenses (Remember to save the receipt for your expenses).
However, if we ascertain incorrect use of the item or unusual wear and tear, you will not receive your shipping expenses back.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be considered timely.

When returning the item, please state the problem as detailed as possible.
Please note! We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or similar.
Remember that the item must always be returned in suitable packaging, and obtain a receipt for dispatch so that we can refund your shipping costs.
