This policy on the processing of personal data ("Privacy Policy") describes how Nieload.dk collects and processes information about you.

The Privacy Policy applies to personal data you provide to us in connection with a purchase from the Nieload.dk webshop or an inquiry regarding one of our products, or which we collect via Nieload.dk

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT, FOR WHAT PURPOSES AND THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

When you visit www.nieload.dk or one of the domains redirected to Nieload.dk, we automatically collect information about you and your use of the website, such as the type of browser you use, the search terms you use on our webshop, your IP address, including your network location, and the type of electronic device used to visit the site. (smartphone, tablet or PC)

The purpose is to optimize the user experience and Nieload.dk's function, as well as to conduct targeted marketing, including retargeting via, for example, Facebook, Instagram and Google. This processing of information is necessary for us to pursue our interests in improving Nieload.dk and showing you relevant offers.

The legal basis for the processing is Article 6, para. 1, litra f of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

When you purchase a product or communicate with us, we collect the information you provide yourself, such as name, address, email address, phone number, payment method, information about which products you purchase and possibly have returned, delivery requests, and information about the IP address from which the order was placed, if the order is made on www.klaedeskabet.net or one of the domains redirected to us.

The purpose is that we can deliver the products you have ordered and otherwise fulfill our agreement with you, including being able to administer your rights to return and complain, and if necessary to contact you regarding relevant information about the product you have purchased.

We may also process information about your purchases to comply with legal requirements, including regarding product recalls, bookkeeping and accounting. When purchasing on www.nieload.dk, the IP address is collected for the purpose of protecting our interest in preventing fraud.

The legal basis for the processing is Article 6, para. 1, litra b, c and f of the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

NEWSLETTER

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect information about your name, email address and any mobile number.

The purpose is to protect our interest in being able to send newsletters to you, as well as to send relevant calls to offers and display new items.

If you, as a registered user, no longer wish to receive newsletter emails, you can unsubscribe by writing to info@nieload.dk or by using the link in the newsletter email with the text "Unsubscribe from newsletter"

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

Information about your name, address, email, phone number, order number and specific delivery requests is passed on to GLS or another carrier that handles the delivery of the purchased goods to you.

In addition, your information may be shared with Shopify and for the purpose of storing receipts.

When you complete payment transactions on Nieload.dk, you can choose to have your customer and delivery information saved. This is stored with Shopify.

Your payment and card information is managed by a payment gateway from QUICKPAY, and QUICKPAY also checks the specified payment card for any fraud.

The information is stored in a secure PCI certified environment that complies with international security standards.

When you use a payment card on our website, only QUICKPAY gets access to your information. This applies both when you purchase a product and if you choose to save your card information for later use. Using and saving card information for later use is therefore solely a matter between you and QUICKPAY, even if it happens while you are using www.nieload.dk.

Information may be passed on to external partners who process the information on our behalf. We use external partners for, among other things, technical operation of systems and improvements to www.nieload.dk, sending newsletters and targeted marketing, including retargeting, as well as for your assessment of our company and products. These companies are data processors and under our instructions and process data for which we are the data controller. The data processors may not use the information for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreement with us, and are subject to confidentiality regarding this. We have entered into written data processing agreements with all data processors who process personal data on our behalf.

DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENTS

Some of these data processors, e.g. Google Analytics by Google LLC and Facebook Inc., are established in the USA. The necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the USA are ensured through the data processor's certification under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, cf. Article 45 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. To the extent that we use data processors other than those mentioned who are established outside the EU, this will always be done in compliance with valid transfer guarantees.

The consumer also has the option to send Nieload and Nieload.dk messages via Facebook or the Messenger icon on the website. When the consumer sends us a message - either through Facebook or Messenger, Klædeskabet receives information from Facebook about your name and your message. Reference is made to the certification from Facebook in the link above.

Nieload.dk uses Trustpilot to allow our customers to rate/review their purchase with us. Trustpilot automatically sends an email to you as a consumer 2 days after your purchase. If you do not respond to the first inquiry, Trustpilot will send you a new email after 7 days.

YOUR RIGHTS

Right of access

You are at any time entitled to request information from us about, among other things, what information we have registered about you, what purpose the registration serves, what categories of personal data and recipients of information there may be, as well as information about where the information originates from.

You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data we process about you. If you wish to receive a copy of your personal data, you must send a written request to info@nieload.dk

You will be asked to document that you are who you claim to be.

Right to rectification

You have the right to have inaccurate personal data about you rectified by us. If you become aware that there are errors in the information we have registered about you, you are encouraged to contact us in writing so that the information can be corrected. You must send a written request to info@nieload.dk

Right to erasure

In certain cases, you have the right to have all or some of your personal data erased by us, for example if you withdraw your consent and we do not have another legal basis for continuing the processing. To the extent that continued processing of your information is necessary, for example, for us to comply with our legal obligations, or for legal claims to be established, asserted or defended, we are not obliged to erase your personal data. Right to restriction of processing

In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted to storage only, for example if you believe that the information we process about you is not accurate.  

Right to data portability

In certain cases, you have the right to receive personal data that you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit this information to another data controller.

Right to object

You have the right at any time to object to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including the profiling carried out to target our direct marketing, as this processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests such as retargeting. If you do not wish us to use your personal data for direct marketing and profiling, you must delete your cookies, as mentioned in the section (deletion of personal data) below.

Right to withdraw consent

You have the right at any time to withdraw a consent you have given us for a specific processing of personal data, including for sending newsletters.

Right to complain

DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

Information collected about your use of www.nieload.dk is deleted according to the rules in Nieload.dk's Cookie Policy. The cookies provided by Nieload.dk itself are deleted no later than one year after your last visit to the site, while third-party cookies have varying expiration dates. Under Nieload.dk's cookie policy, you can read more about how to delete your cookies yourself when you wish.

Information collected in connection with purchases you have made on www.nieload.dk will generally be deleted just over 2 years after your purchase, when the right to complain about the item has expired. However, information may be stored for a longer period if we have a legitimate need for longer storage, for example if it is necessary for legal claims to be established, asserted or defended, or if storage is necessary for us to comply with legal requirements.

Information collected in connection with your subscription to our newsletter will be deleted when your consent to the newsletter is withdrawn, unless we have another basis for processing the information.

SECURITY

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures against personal data being accidentally or unlawfully destroyed, lost, altered or impaired, as well as against it becoming known to unauthorized persons or being misused.

Only employees who have a genuine need to access your personal data to perform their work have access to it.
